How do I get my license key after buying?
Stripe sends a receipt with a link to your customer portal. Sign in with the email you used at checkout — every license you hold is listed there, ready to copy or re-download anytime.
When v2 ships, do I have to buy again?
No. Lifetime free updates on every product. When v2 ships, you receive an email with the new file + a changelog summary. Your license stays valid forever — that is the buyer guarantee.
Can I use a template for client work?
Yes. The default license is single-user — you can use it for unlimited client projects. If you have a team and want each member to log in separately, email founder@otterbrook for a team license.
What if I am not sure a template fits my use case?
Try the AI fit-screener (chat below). It knows the full catalog, refuses to overpromise, and will redirect you to a different product or to a refund if nothing matches.
Refund policy?
14 days, no questions asked. Email founder@otterbrook with your order number; the refund is processed within 24 hours.
Where do the templates open?
Notion templates open in any free Notion workspace. Figma kits open in any Figma file (free or paid plan). Design system bundles ship as a Tokens Studio export + Figma library + Storybook scaffold.
